This exciting seasonal Biggest Loser Challenge at the Club has been a popular program among the members. In these 6-9 weeks program, participants will have the opportunity to challenge themselves physically and mentally with well structured workout sessions. The Personal Trainers will guide, instruct and monitor the participants in reaching their goals. The next session is scheduled to start on August, 2017. Please contact S2 Club to register.
For planned Aerobic Attack sessions, it will usually be held on Friday evenings at 6:30pm. The Club will host fun classes in the Aerobic Attack Program. This program allows members and non-members alike, to go and experience different types of aerobic classes at a nominal fee. They will be taken for a tour around the Club and get information on other current and upcoming programs.
TRX Suspension Training is one of the fitness program at S2 Club. Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. One to one training and group training are available for members.
You are recommended to take up the Personal Training program when you have a specific goal or a time frame to reach a certain fitness target. The qualified and experienced personal trainers will motivate you by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. These customised goal oriented sessions will bring the desired results that you craved for and an achievement that you can be proud of.
